All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking or donation payments.

3. Program & Tour Booking Terms

a. Scheduling

Program and tour bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early, especially during busy seasons.

b. Fees & Donations

All fees and donations directly support our mission and are considered final unless otherwise stated.

c. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event may not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

d. Inclement Weather or Emergency Situations

In the event of severe weather or an unforeseen emergency, Christine’s Critters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule.

4. Use of Our Website
